Penny-isms

The latest on Penny...

If I cough, or swallow something, or make a face of discomfort, Penny stops what she is doing, looks in my eyes, and says "Mom?  yay?(ya okay?)". She has social graces pretty much figured out.

Although, she does spend a good part of her day with her brother, which leads to my next story.  She will call out "MA!..WAHHT" (mom! Watch!) and then proceed to spin in circles, looking at me, each time she spins in my direction, to see if I am watching and if I am impressed.  If I am not watching, she will call it out again, and louder each time.  It is like the coloring.  She and kaleb will sit at the desk and each work on a coloring page with a crayon. She will make two scribbles and then wave the paper in the air, calling out some form of jibberish, that basically translates to, " look what I drew! Isn't it fantastic?!"  To which I reply," You did THAT?? I love it! Can you do some more?".  "Yah! Yah! Yah!" she responds, and repeats the whole process.  

She is also singing the first part of the ABC song, and she knows "D" is for "Daddy!".
