These carefree days of innocence, curiosity, and predictability are pure GOLD for mom.  I am so grateful to be able to share all these "pre-public school" weekdays with my darlings; it is the greatest joy for me.  These are truly the times when many lessons are learned, challenges are met, and questions are asked.  As crucial as this time is for genuine encounters with mother and child... It is equally as magical.
