Let's Rewind to November-American Indian Pow Wow Project

Prior to the Pow Wow, we prepared some crafts to share with the group, during the presentation of our tribe.

Making a semi-authentic Quileute outfit for her "Kaya" doll, out of a brown lunch bag.

We made a model of the cedar-plank longhouse as well as a colored totem pole.

We learned about traditional music and dancing.

Each family did a presentation on the tribe they had chosen.

Here, my daughters are not happy with me after receiving a scolding for not listening well to the other presentations.

We also did crafts.

One mom made buttery Indian fry bread.
