Elks and Pizza Parlor Friday

After a pretty crazy busy day, we thought,"Hey...lets go relax at the elks pool."....relaxing? NO. Memorable? Totally. Benny, River and Tegin were determined to drown themselves, which required three moms walking around the kiddie pool ready to grab their fearless rascal at a moments notice. Kaia was thrilled to be splashing around in her mermaid tail...And she looked hilarious doing it. Penny and Tali continually updated all the poolside attendees every time they peed in the pool. The boys were boys. They often helped the little guys in the pool.
The pizza place was madness. My favorite line was delivered by Lealah after we counted how outnumbered we were by them, "What were we thinking?!". We hang in there and love it. I love these people. The pizza and cold beer never tasted so good.
